BAL RANDHAWA
CEO
Bal is the heart and soul of Tara Group. He founded the the first pillar of the business Tara Construction in 2002.
Following 20 years working in the construction industry, Bal has spent the last 10 years creating homes and communities all throughout London & Surrey.
The brand has evolved from a construction company to become a specialist in residential, Commercial, New Builds and office Conversions within Surrey & London areas.
He also has a strong presence in the community as a member of several organisations.

JAS RANDHAWA
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Jas has led the growth of the company since its launch and contributed massively towards building the brand. She manages the day-to-day runnings of Tara Homes including all of our projects, our clients & suppliers along with our in-house property portfolio.
She is responsible for overall Group design and Project focus. She is a natural team leader and knows how to inspire those around her to achieve the best results for complex projects.
Jas is also the creative force behind Tara Homes with her strong design background, she pushes Tara's branding and marketing presence. Her passion for design allows her to bring innovative ideas to the design of our builds, brand expansion and company presence.

INDY RANDHAWA
OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Indy's role steers towards business management. She implements growth strategies and ensures everything is running smoothly and deadlines are being met to the highest quality for a streamline delivery. She also takes responsibility for the health & safety, the environment, and the communities in which we work.
With extensive knowledge in client and supplier relations and management, Indy also recruits, retains and manages our multiple teams and is an asset in helping the business grow.

KAM BAHIA
FINANCE DIRECTOR
Kam has been working within finance for over 10 years. She has a strong background in banking and finance which has allowed her to build and develop our finance team over the course of her career with us.
She has also played a key role in implementing new finance systems.
She manages the finances and budgets for all our projects, takes care of all acquisitions, collaborative projects, lease renewals, and also manages ours in-house property portfolio.

HARDY BAHIA
PROCUREMENT MANAGER
Hardy has been very hands on since he joined the company. He is responsible curating a procurement strategy which includes the best practices, tools, and support aligned to the project and operational requirements. He also takes responsibility for sourcing products and services and leads large scale strategic construction projects ensuring expenses are managed effectively.
He works on the daily management of projects, Asset purchasing, resource and requesting information. He plays a key role in overseeing the acquisition of materials.

IVO DIMITRU
PROJECT MANAGER
With over 10 years of experience in construction under his belt, Ivo works on several of our sites and manages our larger projects.
He has overseen a number of large scale projects some including basements, high-end residential homes and new builds.
He also takes responsibility for the health and safety, the environment and the communities in which we work.
He is a great problem solver and a strong team player with the ability to motivate others.

RADOSLAV IVANOV
PROJECT SUPERVISOR
Rado joined Tara Homes as a supervisor and his primary role is to liaise between the teams and management, making sure the operations are running smoothly on our development sites.
He also manages all sub-contractors on various sites and with his excellent communication skills, is able to manage multiple projects at once.

ASIF HUSSAIN
SITE SUPERVISOR
Asif joined the team and quickly progressed into a supervisor role in our construction division.
He is responsible for managing our small scales construction jobs such as home extensions and renovations and ensuring that workers adhere to construction plans and safety targets.

DIMITRU BORS
RENOVATION SPECIALIST
Dimitru has been with us for 5+ years and is a key member in our construction operations. He is an all rounder and has a wealth of experience and knowledge. He is very hands on, driven and passionate about his work.
He oversees all our construction endeavours in residential & multi unit developments.

STEFAN BORS
RENOVATION SPECIALIST
Although we continue to grow in new build developments, we have a smaller, dedicated team that is dedicated to renovations. Stefan, along with Dimitru manage the renovation team, ensuring materials are ordered, deadlines are met and quality of work is of a high standard.
Stephan has a sharp eye for detail and has since been a great asset to our team.

AMAN JASWAL
DIGITAL MARKETING STRATEGIST
Aman works on building our online presence and increases brand engagement and her role is heavily social media based. Her role involved creating content for all social media platforms, finding new and exciting ways to creatively share our current and past projects alongside analysing and understanding analytics, enabling this data to be fed into future channel and creative strategies.
As she comes from a strong creative design background, she also contributes towards the interior designing of new build properties and developments.

LUCAS TAQUARY
CAD TECHNICIAN
Lucas is an architect by trade and specialises in 3D Visualisations for architecture and interior design. He brings our visions for developments to life and creates beautiful GCI’s.
Having experience on a number of high profile developments, Lucas’s skill set has no limits, having worked on projects from residential builds to commercial development.
