This project is being designed, constructed and managed in house by our team.

A bespoke luxury home tailored to the needs of our clients. This home is fitted with high specification fittings including bespoke kitchen, contemporary bathrooms, underfloor heating throughout and a central vacuum system.
The home is completed with 2 receptions, gaming room, cinema room with 7:1 surround sound system and gym.
RESIDENTIAL CARE HOME
19 rooms, all ensuite, Amberside has a truly homely feel. Tailored to our clients requirements a total refurbishment of the home was completed in January 2018 to a very high standard. Careful thought was gone into every aspect of the home to help residents enjoy their independence for as long as possible. The utmost comfort and quality of care was assured when making this development.
CHURCH STREET
Our Church Street development was completed in 2018.
This development consists of two commercial ground floor units alongside something something flats.
Located in the heart of Walton high street this development is in a prime spot for both commercial and residential use. Within walking distance to the local train station and town.
