WALTON-ON-THAMES

Walton on Thames is our development that was completed in 2018. 

This development consists of two commercial ground floor units alongside  1, 2 bedroom apartments.

Located in the heart of Walton high street this development is in a prime spot for both commercial and residential use. Within walking distance to the local train station and town, it is a great development project that was carried out by Tarahomes.

This particular project we went with German imported kitchens, integrated Bosch appliance and granite counter tops. A true high quality kitchen finish and a contemporary interior design translates throughout the apartments perfect for working professionals.

This project was an exciting project with a third party venture, a true collaboration project that yielded profit in return. In a key location and high quality construction done by our in-house construction team. We presented the commercial units to the market and they went up to lease very early on. The finish is reflected well in the images below.
